returns & exchanges

You're able to exchange sizes within 7 business days (only if the item is in unworn, perfect condition). The exchange will be sent out once we have received the returned item. Please email us ASAP before sending your item back as we may not have your required size available. Postage will be at buyers expense. Orders can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged which evidence will need to be provided 24 hours of receiving the package.

lovemami offers regular post whilst using a 100% carbon neutral courier. Depending on your location throughout Australia, the time frame will range from 3-7 business days for domestic and 10-20 days for international (sometimes longer due to delays). Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped out. We are not responsible for lost packages.
